Associate Therapist

Hello and welcome! Whether you are looking into therapy for the first
time or have had experience in this space, I am so glad you are here. In
my role as an associate therapist, I approach each client’s unique
story with curiosity and compassion, allowing safety for clients to
share all parts of who they are. I seek to provide all my clients with a
warm and friendly space that can allow for openness and healing to take
place.

My therapeutic approach involves integrating attachment-based work with
deep understanding of what narratives, beliefs, and behaviors may be
driving one’s life and coping skills. I provide trauma-informed care
and approach each client uniquely, considering their values, culture,
and personal desires on their healing journey.

My clinical experience involves working with high-risk youth in
school-based settings, couples counseling involving relational distress,
and working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression,
trauma, grief, and life transitions. My clinical interests include
women’s mental health, childhood trauma, and relational distress in
families and couples. I lead with a collaborative therapeutic approach,
encouraging clients to be open about what is working and what is not in
the therapy process.

I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Azusa
Pacific University. As a clinician, I am continually seeking to learn &
grow alongside my clients as I believe the healing process is a lifelong
journey rather than a final destination to arrive at. I feel honored to
hear each client’s story and hope my clients leave therapy more
connected with who they authentically are.
