Life can get busy, and sometimes we spend so much time trying to keep up with
everything around us that we forget to make time for ourselves. There may be moments
when you have a lot on your mind but aren't sure how to put it into words, or when you
need someone to listen and help you work through what you are feeling. I believe
therapy can be a place to slow down, take a breath, and make sense of what is
happening in your life. My hope is to create a space where you feel comfortable being
yourself, sharing your experiences, and knowing that you do not have to figure
everything out on your own.

As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I take a collaborative, compassionate,
and strengths-based approach to therapy. I believe each person has their own story,
and I want to take the time to understand yours. My clinical experience includes working
with children, adolescents, and families in both school and clinical settings. These
experiences have taught me the importance of being patient, staying curious, and
recognizing that everyone communicates and processes their experiences differently. I
draw from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical
Behavior Therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, and play therapy,
adapting my approach to each client's needs. Whether we are exploring difficult
emotions, working through life changes, or strengthening relationships, my goal is to
help you feel understood as you discover what works best for you.

I earned my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State
University, Los Angeles. One of the reasons I chose this field is that I believe having
someone who genuinely listens and takes the time to understand you can make a
meaningful difference. I want my clients to have a place where they can be honest
about what they are experiencing, feel supported through difficult moments, and learn
more about themselves without feeling like they need to have all the answers. I don't
believe you need to be fixed or have everything figured out to begin therapy.
Sometimes, having the space to talk, reflect, and feel understood is an important first
step. I would be honored to support you as you work through life's challenges,
recognize your strengths, and find your own way forward.
