Geoff Griffith MA, AMFT, is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT
129548). Geoff works with many populations including youth, adults, couples, and
families. Geoff believes clients are the experts of their own lives, and have the ability to
achieve their goals. Geoff provides a client centered approach to help them feel safe
and empowered to grow to become their best selves.Geoff completed his Bachelors Degree in Philosophy from San Diego State University.
After graduating, Geoff began working at schools throughout San Diego, and
discovered just how powerful a simple, compassionate action can be for someone in
need. From these experiences, Geoff discovered a passion for walking with people
through their emotions. Geoff earned his Masters Degree in Marital and Family Therapy
from Bethel University. Geoff completed his graduate practicum at The Elizabeth
Hospice providing grief counseling to clients of all ages. Geoff continued his services at
Pathways Catalyst Program in San Diego County. At Catalyst, Geoff worked with
transitional aged youth who experienced psychotic symptoms and were at risk of
homelessness.
