Navigating life has its up and downs. My role as your therapist is to help you learn to enjoy the ups and manage the downs. This means helping you in a collaborative space to heal and live your life to the fullest.

I am a person-centered clinician who utilizes different theoretical approaches to help guide you through what we work on together.

I have experience working with children, adolescents, families, corrections, couples, LGBTQIA+, military, adults, older adults. This includes those experiencing the following but not limited to: Addiction, Co-occuring Disorders, Cultural Challenges, Minority Issues, Relationship Issues, Anxiety, Depression, Challenges of Military Life, Life Transitions, Trauma, Stress Management and an extensive array of mental health concerns.

I encourage my clients to understand their strengths and lean on those as we build and cultivate other areas of their lives.
