Victoria Maushardt

Associate Therapist

I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who is deeply committed to creating a safe and supportive space for healing. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in empathy. I draw from evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT, while integrating trauma-informed and attachment based-perspectives to help clients better understand themselves and move toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for them. I honor each client’s unique pace, story, and strengths.

I’ve had the privilege of working closely with adolescents and their families within a hospital setting, which strengthened my belief that relationships whether with others or within ourselves are central to our well-being. Clients often describe me as gentle, patient, and easy to talk to. I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, families, children, and teens nurture healthier patterns of connection, repair emotional wounds, and grow in ways that feel authentic and empowering.

Supporting others in cultivating hope and self-compassion is at the core of why I became a therapist. My clinical interests include depression, anxiety, self-esteem, substance use, trauma and relational concerns. I received my Master’s in Clinical Counseling from Point Loma Nazarene University. Above all, I strive to offer a compassionate presence where clients feel safe, seen and supported while navigating life’s challenges. I believe that healing is possible for everyone, even when it feels out of reach.
